Engr. Akintunde Owolabi is the Director of Projects. He is a registered Engineer with COREN and the MD/CEO of Kilams Engineering with over 21yrs experience in Engineering Design, and Project Management, Project Economics, Strategic planning, Budgeting and Execution. In his role as Director of Projects, he oversees all our Estate Design and Construction processes from the conception stage.
Mr. Ogbobe, Benjamin is an Experienced Managing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Budgeting, Business Planning, Value Engineering, and Contractors. Strong business and people development professional with a Professional Post Graduate Diploma focused in Public Relations. He is a proactive individual with a logical approach to challenges, who perform effectively even within a highly pressurize working environment. He excels at interfacing with others at all levels to ensure organizational goals are attained, and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Mr. Ashogbon Babatunde holds a Present Position as the Assistant Director with the LASG Senior Partner, Gobash Nigeria Company. He has over two decades in Environmental protection, health, and Safety Professional membership at Environmental Law Research Institute Science Association of Nigeria. He attended MayPower Primary school, Ikenne Federal Government College Ilorin and the University of Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State where he badged a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology.
He is also the Managing Partner of FT Realtors, a property consultancy firm. He counsel Clients on diverse issues arising from Search, Assignments and Leasehold, sales and Acquisition of property and perfection of Title.Folorunsho Fadairo was in the employ of Chief Rotimi William’ Chambers since July 1991. He Joined as a Litigation Officer (1993) and he was later promoted to the position of the Personal Assistant (1994) to legal luminary, Chief Frederick Rotimi Alade Williams CON, CFR, SAN fondly called “TIMI THE LAW’ (of blessed memory). He was later appointed as the Practice Manager of the Chief Rotimi Williams’ Chambers in 2018.Folorunsho Fadairo is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICARB) and has acted as a registrar in several proceedings involving disputes in land ownership, land sand filing, Recovery of land and breach of contract. He is a member of the institute of chattered Mediators and Conciliators, (ICMC). He had worked in various sectors of the economy cumulating as Managing Director of Ives Medical (HMO) and has sound experience in sales.
